Iraq based FLS-KAA, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Iraq, has recently moved around 800 CBM of oil field cargo to Erbil in Kurdistan via Mercin, Turkey. Their scope involved ex work Abu Dhabi to Mercin port, then their Iraq office has done the final customs clearance at Zakho border. It was an end to end logistics thus consignee or their representative’s involvement was not required.
