BNSF Logistics combines forces with WWPC partners for significant projects to Canada and Brazil

BNSF Logistics LLC, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium WWPC in USA, through their Houston based project group and in close cooperation with WWPC partner Smart Logistics from Turkey, managed a project of 1600 cbm of cement mill equipment from Izmir to Houston, shipped onboard the M/V Maersk Texas.

The shipment included several pieces with 22’ x 6’ x 13‘ and 23 x 12 x 6‘ and with single weights of 50,000 lbs. The equipment is bound to a cement plant, located in Exshaw, Alberta, Canada and all cargo for this project will be trucked there from Houston.

From India to Brazil by airfreight

In another significant operation BNSF Logistics LLC, through their Houston based project group, together with a JV partner from Brazil, handled the transport of 86 cases with parts for a wind operated electric generator totaling 266 CBM by airfreight from Mumbai, India to Sao Paulo (VCP) Brazil.

The cargo was picked up at the factory in India and professionally export packed by WWPC partner The Sahil Group and shipped on two flights with Emirate airlines. A total of 80 tons of urgently required components arrived at the construction site on time to continue a large wind farm project.

Another two successful projects handled by the Worldwide Project Consortium WWPC partners for significant industrial projects.
